10 Years from now...

Right now I’m a senior in Pierce City High School, two months away from graduating. I would graduate and take some extra college credit classes during the summer and have those credits transferred to OTC and MSU. I would go to OTC in the fall and live with my sister who is currently going to MSU with an apartment she has with a friend. I would get my schedule and mange my time on my workload along with getting a job as a college student. I wouldn’t have to buy a lot of meat because neither me or my sister eat a lot and wouldn’t want the food to go to waste. We would buy healthy food to focus on losing weight and exercising and occasionally some junk food but not a lot to keep our mind sane from our sudden change in eating habits. After my two years in OTC are over I’ll get ready to find a job as a Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant depending on the demand at the time. I’ll go to MSU for an extra two more years to get fully paid as a Dental Hygienist. Depending on the workload and money, I’ll study for a Dentist. In the meantime I’ll likely stay in my position as a Dental Hygienist with a flexible schedule to make time for my family or start a family of my own. I would work on establishing a family after I own my own house and car and can financially support my kids. I would find a husband that I could rely on and responsible enough to get a job of his own and not depend on me all the time and he cannot do any kind of illegal drugs that might set a bad example for the kids. But that’s what I’ll see myself in ten years and hopefully my parents live to see it as they are already old and failing in health.

  1. Michelle, I had no idea you were so interested in dentistry. It's definitely a good job and I wish you the best of luck. You're right, doing illegal drugs would definitely not be a great trait to have in a husband. I hope you're fortunate enough to not have to deal with that. Best of luck!

  2. Michelle, you are such a smart girl and whatever you pursue I'm sure you'll be successful! I didn't know you were interested in dentistry, but I'm sure people will appreciate that you won't try to make conversation with them while you have tools in their mouth. :) I think its awesome you'll be living with your sister since moving out can be scary. I'll most likely be living in the same town as one of my sisters. Good luck with everything!
