During one of the family get-togethers there was one story
that sounds like a horror movie rather than a real story. It had to do with
family that lived somewhere in the suburbs encountering a creature that had
like three legs and hopped and screamed like a child. It was a normal day but
one day their dogs started barking and seemed like they were fighting with
something. All of a sudden the dogs started whimpering and after that there was
no sound. The family didn’t think it was something to worry about but they
started to hear some thumping near their house. One of the guys in the family
decided to go out and check out what the noise was thinking it was the dogs.
When he got out there he didn’t see anything and went back into the house. It
got weirder the next day and when one of the family members was going to go to
work he noticed that there were marks on his car. He didn’t think anything of
it and looked over to check on the dogs that were sleeping. That night the
family started hearing the dogs start barking and fighting with something
again. But after the dogs started whimpering they heard a weird noise after the
dogs stopped whimpering and it was the sound of a child crying. The girls were getting
scared and demanded that the boys to check what was happening. All of the guys
in the house went outside and still they didn’t see anything. But the next
morning they found out that they’re dogs were dead and it really scared
everyone in the house. The boys buried the dogs and it didn’t seem like there
were blood spilled anywhere. That night instead of dogs barking they started
hearing a child cry. All of the guys went outside to check on the noise and
before they went back into the house they saw a small white creature with three
legs hopping near the car. One of the guys went back into the house to get the
rifle and came back out to scare the creature away. When it hit the creature it
started screaming like a child and then it started to scream like a guy. The
creature quickly jumped away over the fence and disappeared.

Three People I Look Up To
Mother Teresa is one of the people that I look up to because
of her unbelievable selfless compassionate heart. She was a nun that committed
most of her life helping other people in need and never did anything for
herself. She gave a lot of people the courage to live and made them feel like
they were worth something in this world. She was the symbol of a saint in the
eyes of everyone she met. She always showed her respect to everyone she met and
never made anyone feel like they were inferior to one another. She did not
create a charity foundation to get attention from people but she did it so
people would realize that there are other people who are in need of kindness. To
me I see her as a woman who was more gentle and kind that anyone will ever
meet. She encourages other people to help others in need. I want to be like
Mother Teresa because she is has one of the most unique and unselfish personality
I have ever seen. I want more people to be like her but in this world, the
possibilities of a nice person like her would be corrupted by people whose
intentions are insidious.
Mila Kunis is a unique actress to me. I loved most of the
movies she starred in and I could see that she is a wonderful person. She seems
like the type to be real towards other people and not feel that she has to be
faked to be liked by other people. She grew up in a family that immigrated from
Ukraine and she knows what kind of hardships the people in the acting industry
goes through. She still chose to do something she loved even with the high risk
of not being employed in a movie and her family knew it too. They wanted her to
be happy for what she loved at the same time a job that wouldn’t be so risky
for her to live her life. But her family supported her in her dreams of being
an actress. To me I see Mila Kunis as a person who has a quirky funny sense of
humor in the movies and for me she is a beautiful person, inside and outside. I
want to be like her in the sense that she seems real towards other people and
not someone forcing themselves to be someone they’re not.
Queen Elizabeth I of England is a powerful queen. She did
not depend or married another man to gain access to greater power. She made
sure her country was in a better shape and did not force anyone to change their
religion to match her own although she did encourage it within the country.
Unlike her sister she was more than nice in terms of ruling over a country and
not making it live in fear of her power. She had all the power a King in a
country could hold over their nation and moreover she stayed as a virgin until
her death. To me I loved how she followed her hearts and never depended on a
man to do things for her. She was an independent person and although she had a
lot of advisors or council that were full of man, she depended on herself to
make the decisions and consider theirs and weigh out which ones would be
better. I want to be like her by not depending on a man for things and be
someone that could follow their heart. I do not think I would want to be alone
for the rest of my life and would hope for a family of my own but like Queen
Elizabeth I, I want to be an individual who does not need to depend on anyone else
if things do not go my way but at the same time have a family of my own.

Picture Stories
True story: It was a celebration for two of my little cousin's birthday in May. It was a hot day and we were at a water park in Tulsa, Okalahoma. By water park, I don't mean the type of park with the water rides but more like a park surrounded by water and geyser-like water holes spraying out of nowhere like water fountains. The people present at the party were all relatives. There were a lot of games to pick from but since it was a hot day most of my relatives were sitting at the tables while the birthday girls and a couple of adults played around the water holes. This picture was taken in the mid afternoon when everyone in the group was bored because we ran out of ideas to talk about.

Ground Hog
Original day
It was during fifth grade at the end
of the school year. I did not have a hard time making a friend, in fact; I
talked a lot to a couple of friends. There was only one friend that stood out
from the rest because she talked to me and played with me more since the first
day I moved to the school during my fourth grade year in Pierce City. It was
during recess when I heard from someone that my best friend told others that I
was a 'loser' and boring to be around and that whole time I was thinking why
did she say that? I had a hard time believing what they were saying and it was
my very first time hearing someone secretly talk bad about me. What really hurt
about all of this was the fact that it came from my only best friend. I was
really hurt to the point that I stopped talking to anyone starting from sixth
grade and thereafter because I was too scared and at the same time I lost the
ability to trust anyone anymore.
How I would change it
I
would go back to fifth grade and do what I have always feared but felt that it
was necessary and the best way to do, confront her. I want to know the reasons
why she said those words and ask her if I could improve on it or could have
change in some way so that she did not feel so uncomfortable being around me or
how I acted. I would have been able to move on if I had heard her reasons and
forgive her and change myself to be a better person. She would still be my
friend although it would still be a while to trust her again but she was still
my first and best friend and the one person that trusted me with her secrets. Not
all friendship is perfect and the best thing about a friendship is being able
to talk to that person again who knows all your faults and still stay as your
friend.
How it would effected my
life today
I would be able to talk normally to
people and not have to worry about what I say and be able to trust people with
simple things and ask for help when I needed it. I would not have a hard time
expressing what I want and be timid on how I sound when I'm answering a question
when the teacher picks on me. I would not finish most of my sentence halfway
when I realize how boring it sounds to people. I would be able to extend my
current vocabulary with other people instead of repeating the same things over
and over again. Most importantly, I would be able to make real friends and have
friends I could rely on when I feel like the pressure of my family and school
is getting too stressful for me. I believe my life would have been a lot easier
if I had friends in school and to talk to when things are hard.

Childhood Book: The Giving Tree. By: Shel Silverstein
The opening line of this story is: Once there was a tree...and she loved a little boy.
Once there was a tree…and she loved a little boy. The little tree lived deep in the forest near a little village where the boy lived. Unlike the other little trees, she secretly loved a human and often did childish things to get the little boy’s attention. The tree loved the little boy’s gray eyes and the way the little boy’s light blond hair always seems to be messy and covered in mud. She loved how the little boy was always happy and smiling whenever he found something interesting to play with whenever he looks around the forest floor. The little tree wished she could be with the little boy and play with him because he was always enjoying himself. But all the little tree could do was rustle her leafs when the boy was in the other direction or when the boy was close she would drop a couple of her leafs on top of the boy. She would watch the little boy brush the leaf away and stare at her for a couple of minutes and smile. But the days after that the little boy stopped turning towards her direction and no matter what the little tree did, the boy did not look. She continued her efforts year after year until one day the boy stopped coming. The tree wanted to get up from her spot and find the little boy but she was rooted to the ground and instead she prayed that the boy would come back or let her become a human to find the little boy. The boy never came back and years went by without a single trace of him. The tree stopped praying. It was the usual year for the tree, Fall would come and change the color of her leafs, Winter was always mean to her and take away all her leafs, while Spring would encourage and mend her leafs. The tree was no longer the hopeful and playful tree she once was and stood in the hot summer sun thinking about rain. While thinking, the tree did not notice that a human had taken shelter in her shades. She was startled when something had leaned against her trunk and surprised to find that it was a human sleeping on her trunk. The tree did not know what to do. Should she wait for the human to wake up or do something to wake the human. She stood there contemplating which choice she should choose and decided to just leave the human alone. She just wanted to observe the human because she knew that she would not see another human ever again and if the human woke up, she would be alone again. It was when the sun was red, in the sky, when the human had awakened from his slumber and was preparing to leave. She saw for the first time the color of the human's eyes. Gray eyes, the tree thought. She looked at the boy's hair and it was a more defined dark blond color and a bit more cleaned compare to the little boy years ago.
'It's him' the tree thought.
She was not excited but she was not disappointed either...she was just shocked. She felt like she should be happy but at the same time she was a little angry. After so many years the boy had changed in appearance and she was not able to see the change throughout those years. Her thought was interrupted when the human searched the items he brought along with him and pulled out a small bell and hung it by the little branches above his head.
“I’ll come back tomorrow.” The human said leaving the tree behind
The tree was not sure if the human would really come the next day or he meant a couple more years until he returns. The tree fell asleep and decided to wait for the next day. The human did come as promised and he brought a little creature with him. The tree was happy to see the human but she was curious what and who his companion was since it was following him around.
“Buster, this is the tree that I told you about, don’t you think she pretty?”
His little companion gave a loud response to the human’s words and the tree was startled by the noise. Why was the little creature responding so loudly to the human’s words. The human turned towards the tree and introduced the creature to her.
“Hey, this is my dog, Buster, he is my special friend and I wanted to show you to him.”
She watched as the dog walked around her trunk and circled around on one part of the ground and slept. The human laughed calling the dog a silly creature. The human went over to Buster and kissed the dog on the head. He looked up at the tree and smiled. He whispered something to her. She did not hear what he said and wished she could talk to tell him to repeat it again but she had no mouth and was kept silent. The human woke the little creature and hung another bell onto one of her smaller branches. Then the human left the tree again. After that it seemed that every day was the same routine to the human and the tree. He would come back to her bringing along his little companion or sometimes without him but always leaving a small bell on one of her branches without fail. She was content with the presence of the human. She looked forward to every day and grew to love the human once again. The tree wanted to show the human that she loved him but she could not and it frustrated her. She could only watch as the human smiled at her and visit her. The summer was over and even though she could not tell the human she loved him, she was happy that things were the same way it used to be.

New Year's Anti Resolutions
1. I will not eat wasabi.
I do not like eating it with sushi and I do not appreciate it when someone tries to tell me to taste it when I already know the taste of it due to my brother putting a lot of it on the sushi he makes.
2. I will not eat any dessert that is fat free.
The taste is weird because sometimes its too sweet or its not sweet at all and it just taste bland.
3. I will not respond to sarcism.
I do and will respond to joking sarcism by smiling but any other sarcism other than joking would be ignored.
4. I will not order any other drink other than water in restaurants if they do not have sweet tea.
I just find the taste of the other drinks in restaurants weird and I'm just not in the mood for any other drinks other than water and sweet tea.
5. I will not go to any parties unless it is necessary for school or family.
I do not find any party fun or exciting and would prefer to stay home but if it is necessary for school and family events I would drag myself to the party and hope for the night to be over for that day.
6. I will not eat anything in IHOP.
My first experience in IHOP would be a memorable one which is also the reason why I strongly dislike ever going to that restaurant again.
7. I will not go bowling with anyone unless I cannot avoid it.
There are many reasons why I do not like bowling and I will only mention three reasons.
1. I have a horrible time rolling the ball in the right way.
2. I tend to get a lot of gutters.
3. There always a lot of people at the bowling rink which makes me nervous and tense.
8. I will not comment on any social network.
The reason why I will not comment is because I only log in for five minutes to check on a game then I log off.
9. I will not text anyone on the phone other than family members and close friends.
I tend to forget to text back and wouldn't want anyone to get mad at me if they expected a quick response.
10. I will not listen to any songs involving the little pony.Over the Christmas break I had to listen to my cousin replay the little pony song repetitively.
